Salary and compensation itself.. employees who stay there for years are not at all paid well.. they hire new employees with very good payment and who are there with the company are paid tooo less!

Lots of facilities for employees at the campus . Good place to start your career. Programming Training for freshers is top notch.

In my experience, work-life balance has been really good. I was working a day shift—no work pressure as such. The project and leads were fantastic. They have handed over good tasks to me, including working on a newer tech stack as per the client. The campus experience was really good.

Dislikes

Compensation is way too low from market standards. They are ready to pay for laterals. People with lower experience than me were hired with the higher designation and perks. When we raise our voice against it, we get typical answers like we are promoting more internal people than external, however, the reality is the reverse.

Good project opportunities with different technologies, supportive managers and team members. Good learning opportunities and many workshops for improving employees technical skills

Dislikes

Salary hike is very poor. Work life balance is depends on the project we get.
