1. Work-Life balance is good. It depends on projects & clients. My project was flexible in this term. 2. Supportive supervisor. 3. Superb campus with various kinds of amenities. 4. External Certification program and upskilling opportunities in different kinds of modern technologies.

...s. Only 20 paid leaves every year and 10 National Holidays per govt. mandate. 2. Salary is very low compared to peers. 3. No apprisal for current fiscal year.

Job security is good, projects will be on development front and we can learn a lot from here. Holidays, campuses are good.

Dislikes

Worst compensation structure, mandatory gratuity, welfare trust deductions. Literally go node yes for whatever the client says. Weekend eaters if deadline is not met, no developer freedom will be provided in some projects

The facilities and culture is good, however in my experience the work life balance is very bad and so is the compensation.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad and so is the salary. The raises are very less and it may seem there is lot of technical growth but there isn’t. They will put you in any project irrespective of the skill set or your desires no matter how many internal/external certifications you have.

Behavior of managers were very bad while leaving company.There was no personal life.They restricted our personal life.They were telling to work 24×7 hours.Even if in holidays and weekends they were forcing to work.

You will get enough opportunities to learn and grow. Working culture is good.. specially in southern DCs.

Dislikes

Salary you get is lower compared to the effort you put. Sometimes keeping work life balance becomes different due to extreme work pressure.
