...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

There is nothing more than just a beautiful building

Salary , even after 2 year , 1.5 year in project, outstanding performer last year , 2 time quarterly award winner and you know what still no hike , no promotion

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

Dislikes

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.
