It is a good company. Infosys provides best training. I am proud that I worked with Infosys. Work-life balance is also appreciative.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low. Sometimes, attitudes of managers are not good. Appraisals are based on flattering. If we please someone we will be scored good in appraisals. If we are a less talkative person, we will get unnoticed which will get reflected during appraisals. In brief, talk less + work more = low crr and talk much + work less = good crr.

Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
