Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

Project Choice: They never give a chance to switch to another project or reject the project; otherwise, they will create a legally problematic situation for employees.
