Good work environment and culture.Teammates are very very supportive.even the managers and leads are very helpful.work load is balanced as well

Dislikes

Hike and bonus are two biggest drawbacks of working here.also mandatory certifications needs to be cleared in rigid time period which in turn may or may not help the employee.but most importantly,,hike is really a big issue of working in infy

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys
