Has huge potential to grow further rapidly; just need to retain talents through good salaries and good salary structure by passing on more benefits to employees. Leverage Flexi Benefit Plan and pass on more benefits to employees. This way you can keep your existing cost as is and pass more cash in hand to employees depending on Job Levels . Secondly, decouple your heavy infra investments into one location into multiple locations , even if its within one city , this is another way to retain good talent. Pandemic has brought hybrid and companies would continue to adopt and retain talent and hence we should adopt it too. SEZ benefits certainly would depend on how you position it.

... CTC as is and passing more benefits to employees depending on their Job level. Do not exaggerate by showing higher CTC and then paying less VP component; kindly balance out on reputation being first Indian IT company. Pay well for deserving resource.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.
