During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it

You won't get complitative salary. Even if you work 24/7 you won't get much difference in your package in appraisal cycle. Only option you can get competative salary is onsite. Join Infy serve for 1 to 2 years and switch the company.

...ike almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not.
