Some managers are toxics managers not deserve the manager-level No hike, No WFH how they want to join campus despite you don't have the team there at the same location

The CLIFE concept in Infosys. And the actual support and team work.

Dislikes

Salary is very low. I was not asked about my career choices. After serving for 2 years I was underpaid with respect to my skill and experience that I provided for the company.

Likes

1. For Freshers , Great Training Program at Infosys , Mysore DC. 2. Better Processes in billable projects, good learning curve for freshers coming out of Training.

Dislikes

1. Poor compensation and even worst appraisals for everyone joining new to the project. You will be horrified to see (if you stay for almost 2-3 years) , you will get almost negligible increment in your in-hand salary. 2. Politics is in veins of whosoever is sitting at your top management level. 3. My Project Management was poor , not sure about others. Unrealistic deliverables, dead-end deadlines , long weekend working and what not .

Infosys good job security. Work life balance is good if you are not in support Team. Training facility at Mysore is great.

Dislikes

No scope of career growth. Leadership gathers feedback from Employees but rarely pay any attention. Hike and appraisal are minimal.

... will be good work life balance, infrastructure is great, maintenance is great.. Salary and other things are not that good. But now I heard it's changing,so you can join without any doubt if you get an offer.
