Self obsession. Supervisor can be be a simple graduate And employee qualification can be post graduate which creates difference in understanding & compensation. No training or growth.

Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.

...d hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

...t Supporting departments does not support delivery team. Support teams like finance, SQA or CCD goes by book and does not help for protect delivery urgency No work life balance. No increments

Here managers are much more greed to go onside , so as a junior your oppertunity will come latter , thats happen with me , though i got US visa but management not send me \, but my manager got visa after me and he went.

Management is worst. If they are not able to utilise day time of 9 hrs, then what kind of management and culture they are doing. Not sure. There is always urgency of tasks, they don't even bother about your health. They want to be available on weekends, holidays, leaves. Like 24x7 support they need. Worst company ever had.
