There campus is good, nothing apart from that is good.

No career growth, no salary hike for employees for the past 3 years, yet they send an email stating that they are increasing food court prices because they haven't done so in the last 2 years. What about employees' salaries?

Work-life balance is little better but it totally depends on project

No career growth promised opportunity not delivered, 3 years no hike, management doesn't take any responsibility & sometimes talk harshly. Better to look for other company after 1-2 years spending in here

The company is very good in terms of work culture and learning curve. The campuses are good, the support staff is good. There are lot of programs going on for skill development and a lot of programs going on for personality development. Good onsite opportunities

Dislikes

... for employees, Transport facilities are paid, Canteens don't serve proper food. The promotion structure sucks, they have "a" and "b" at each career level and we have no salary hikes when our cadre moves from a->b

Just Infrastructure - Nothing else.

Dislikes

Infosys is just like keep on working don't expect any hike in your salary and you'll be promoted as per company norms. Slow growth or you can consider as no growth in monetary terms or in your career path. Going through my worst experience.

Less work, no workload of you manage at your own pace and just right pace with the team.

Dislikes

Low salary, laterals getting more salary than previously experienced people. No promotion even if you work 16 hours a day for them.
