...eer in a snip. All company initiatives are for show only, IJP , HEAR, Appraisal. You join and retire/fired on the same salary you joined irrespective of your years of association. Females practicing their authority and leadership rights are not unacceptable. You would be given a senior position but all power and decision will be exercised and controlled by male leadership only. If you challenge then you would be snipped out within days. HR is a proxy department which works only for unit manager relationships not for employees.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Poor salary hike and promotion. Terrible work life balance in some projects.

There are alot learning opportunities for freshers as well as laterals. Good culture and Supportive Colleagues again depends on project to project I got really good team, sometime there is a lot work load but you will definitely learn every day.

Dislikes

... bad. I was working as an SAP FICO Consultant but salary is really too much low. HR will never listen to you if you want an salary hike even if you have really good reviews from managers and client, they will just show you policy of promotions and appraisal. Progression is not given till the time you chase your manager and HR, and due to this promotion gets delayed.

Likes

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Dislikes

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.
