Dislikes

India's best company turned out to be worst company to work. Very low compensation to senior managers. Highly manipulative company to retain employees who got job offers. Worst company to work in recent past.

Frustratingly low compensation. Not so great leadership, in fact infy was once a company with a difference, and all the positives which still exist are the ones setup by founders. Lateral leaders have made it just like any other IT company, completely ignored its core client cum employee centric culture and pushed many loyal employees to the point that they no longer care.
