...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
