...ng twice. Won't do to Juniors who rejects N number of projects, And roam freely. Variable Pay Low salary and still charges Parking charge, as if we are going to any mall to watch movie. Not seen this in any organisation.

Amazing infrastructure and platforms for learning and self growth technically. Work life balance is good and there are a lot of opportunities to participate in any activity that you may be passionate about.

Dislikes

Lot of complexity in the salary package and too many policies to follow.

There is nothing special to like except the campus.

... appraisal, no time to time promotion compared to other same level organisation. It will take 4 years of service to get promoted and then the salary will increase only 17% where other organisations give minimum 40% appraisal at promotion. There is no fix appraisal cycle here , there is no guarantee you will get appraisal and even if you get the maximum will be 7% for average rated employees. And you will not get top ratings for most of the time. If you have other offers in hand I will recommend to join the other organisation.

It's good company basically it's an MNC. Training is good it will give you confidence in work. Internal projects and gig work are present and internal certifications too in learning platform.

Dislikes

...It literally fu*ked up my schedule and I got to suffer from migraine attacks. No performance bonuses or any goodies. Bonus is included in your package. You will be forced to do work in weekend's for support.

Likes

Learning and work life balance is the best. It is at par with industry standards.

Dislikes

The salary is very low and there is no salary hike in the company. Never join here as it is difficult to survive with peanut salary.
