Job security is good and company will not fire you unless you are really underperforming. Very transparent organization and approachable senior management.

Dislikes

Compensation wise its quite poor unless you are in US. Because of its verticals, good guys with great intentions are limited to work in mediocrity as area of work ia divided based on technology.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

...se people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

My salary is not increased yet, i have completed 2 years at Infosys. No increment, no appraisal.

Dislikes

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.
