They have their own rules for salary increment. since 2 years i did not get any hike. at the time of joining they said you have Permanent work from home and sent this in a email, but after 1 yr they said policy has been changed. you have to come office. it is very disturbing because every one plan according to that.
They put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.
The company dosent reward based on indivisual performance of the employee. first 2 years would go in getting the salary that was promised to you at the time of joining. And there wont be any increments for first 3 years. Apart from the one i just mentioned. ITS NOT FOR FRESHERS.
The infrastructure is pretty good.
Everything is handled through online portals.
Dislikes
Compensation is terrible. Managers have a habit of lying to employees and exploiting them as they get a small moneyary benefit based on how much the employees cost. So cheaper the workforce more money for top management.
Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.
Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded
It’s all depend on the project you will receive. I got a very good project and team members. So its all went very well.
Dislikes
Recognition of work is not good . If we do good work we will get more work. Also salary hikes is very bad.In this expensive life style their salary is not good.
