Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

Likes

Comparatively there's better job security. They rarely fire you or layoff even if you're on bench for a long time. Flexible shift timings. Not much work pressure from higher management, although it can vary from project to project.

Dislikes

The only dislike about Infosys is its salary and benefits. They offer comparatively less salary and increment also very less.

Infosys is just like keep on working don't expect any hike in your salary and you'll be promoted as per company norms. Slow growth or you can consider as no growth in monetary terms or in your career path. Going through my worst experience.

don't like , too much work, no hike since 2 yrs, they put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.

They have their own rules for salary increment. since 2 years i did not get any hike. at the time of joining they said you have Permanent work from home and sent this in a email, but after 1 yr they said policy has been changed. you have to come office. it is very disturbing because every one plan according to that. They put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.
