Campuses are very good. ETA department tries there best to provide relevant trainings. But need to improve quality of trainers. Topics are good, but they are not carried out well as per industry experience or standards. They are thought like his is thought in the college and university. Try to give better training experience which is equivalent to production.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, low salary hikes, less promotion for sincere employees. Promotion and hikes are for those employees who are giving good service to their reporting managers.

It's training n scope of self development are par with ibm ....but salary deduction is bit concern and internal 18 month no hike policy is bit concern for any lateral. But despite everything Infy is trying hard to capture python n cloud project.

Infosys Work culture and atmosphere will be good and if you are not in Tier 2 or Tier 1 colleges for your Education then you can have a great experience in Infosys campuses.

Only Concern everyone has i very less pay when compared to Market Standards of-course it is case to case for every individual.

Oh the hike is almost like 0% considering inflation variable pay(which basically reduces your salary) etc. Have been 7 years for me with may be avg 2%hike. And promotion duration are really high between to roles switches. Overall extremly bad if you consider working hard to earn some money for ur kids school or support your family. At the end it just becomes a god damn job, thats it

...self . Self skill Development and learning options are available . Health club . If you wants to join Infosys for career jump and getting good package then you can go ahead but better is to switch after 1.5-2 yrs as there will no or minimal increment.

No hike , no rewards and no project party .No promotions and no salary revision . Exposure is also very less . Management is also degrading day by day .
