...mes fresh. Everything is ok at Infosys that's why still I did not leave Infosys. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair due to my hard work I am getting good salary hike and bonus every year

Training program mysore - only thing that is currently good in infosys. You will get to learn new technology from scratch.

...e is trained. No growth for it's currently working employee compare to laterals. Bad compensation and benefits policies.

Good exposure of work and work pressure

Dislikes

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.
