You'll never be dropped unless you are in bench, also there is not much stress or pressure from anyone, but this depends on the project/client. I'm still working in Hybrid mode, I prefer remote but 10 days of office per month is not bad though.

Dislikes

Rating and appraisal is just for name sake, you'll continue to get the same salary for years until you get promoted. Infosys doesn't care about employees much. Even if you are applying papers, no body will come and ask you why and try to match the offer to not to let you go. Instead they'll just tell good luck and that's it. If you are rich and just need a job for pocket money, Infosys is the best.

I joined after my BCA,,we'll get random project(that too not of our interested are),rarely get to work with technologies,after 1.9 yrs you will be prompted as senior operations executive, after this you have to wait for another 1.5 yrs at least to be promoted for some other role.

10 years worked in Infosys and have never liked anything here.

...Infosys. No free food and no free transportation. In Infosys everything is paid. Even car parking employee has to pay. No trainings are arranged everything has to be done and paid by employees Good employees will never stay.

Good place to start it career as fresher. Learnt a lot.

...-hand which is very low . Only join infosys if you don't have any other options. Cz I heard seniors saying even after 2 years the salary in-hand is approximately 30k per. Which is very very poor. Companies like Accenture give you 28k in-hand in first year it self.

The learning opportunities in infosys are enormous.The buildings in infosys are attractive. The work culture is good. Good place for someone who needs work life balance.

Dislikes

Less hike in salary. Work in support project is monotonous.
