... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Likes

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

... work pressure. No help from seniors. No job security. No respect. No promotion. No hike. They will make you work 7 days a week without any holiday. No sick leave. Else you will be escalated for any of the above reasons.
