At Infosys, job security is robust unless one demonstrates poor performance in both projects and fails to engage in continuous learning or certifications through the Lex courses offered by the company. No salary hikes , promotion and the environment does not value the employee. Promotion doesn't take place even after clearing the mandatory exams. Work from office is mandatory.No allowance extra working hours, shift timing doesn't set with the office timing especially for women employee.No work life balance.

We have a solid infrastructure , no doubt in that . Cultural activities are amazing .

Lack of Proper guidence and promotions . It does not matter what work you do , you pay scale with be definately depends upon the job role and it is fixed salary.

Worst experience ever with Salary Hikes & Promotions and Work Life balance in this company. Very disappointed. It's like Name Big philosophy small for this company.

A lot of people to work with good place to start if you are from B tier college. Good training facility (online).

Dislikes

Need to get lucky to get into development projects. The salary is a fair bit low and no appraisal for 2 years.
