Salary compensation and appraisal is worst. I joined 3.6 lpa and having 3yr experience and my current compensation is 4.1 lpa

It is really a good company where it gives importance to both work and family, there is a lot of scope in improving our knowledge and connections.

The challenges are career growth, salary perks and promotions will be delay.

The job security and the variety of projects are open only if you know how to get those by reaching out proper people and at appropriate time.

They have lot of diverse projects. You can easily sail through your career. Good for freshers. It has good learning opportunities.

Salary structure is below standards. No hikes given to employees even after promotion.

...ally not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . Here managers are much more greed to go onside , so as a junior your oppertunity will come latter , thats happen with me , though i got US visa but management not send me \, but my manager got visa after me and he went.
