Everything, everything u can hate . Be it the manager, be the salary the project . Only thing is they won't throw you out that easily ,you may get 2 months more time than any other companies, but they will also throw you out

Likes

Lots of learning and development. Client base is very good - this is advantage for employees to work across domains and technologies.

Dislikes

Pathetic compensation and benefits. Career growth is very slow and not in par with industry. Only long timers who were in Infosys are benefited and recognised. Lack of trust on laterals and this become difficult to gain management confidence. There is work timing bias as well - prior to COVID days irrespective of your work load employee has to stay in office for 9.15 hours. During pandemic there is WFH for everyone but before covid though company had 9 days WFH policy but not all employees were entitled to do WFH - This was mainly due to ODC client restrictions. On top of all this one cannot choose project of their choice, if management find employee profile fit they don't have second choice but to accept project.

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

Dislikes

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Only the people, they are really working hard for too less

Dislikes

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
