I have a good work life balance in my project. And since we are working from home, the times have been flexible for me.

They pay 30-50% of what you deserve. If you join as a fresher, you will be given peanuts as an increment on your confirmation i.e. 1 year after you finish your training. After that forget about compensation revisions till you become an SSE. Even then you will become eligible for hikes, but you don't know if you will get a hike or not.
Notice period is 3 months and they don't even negotiate it. You might be on bench and still they are ready to pay you for doing no work instead of letting you go early.

...id less as per market standards.
3. Toxic culture and office politics is high
4.No pay for overtime, holidays works just one extra leave which will expire in 90 days.
5.Manager's and HR are not supportive even no body care about your career and health. They keep pushing you to do extra and even allot there work as well.
6. Specially freshers stay away. you will stuck in here
There is nothing nice about infosys i will never recommend it to my colleague. No incentive no salary hikes and work is soo much that you won't be able to live freely. W0rst for freshers it gives random projects to freshers some will get support project some will get development.
