Work culture and policies. Good work life balance, if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years, less pay in performance bonus. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Everything, everything u can hate . Be it the manager, be the salary the project . Only thing is they won't throw you out that easily ,you may get 2 months more time than any other companies, but they will also throw you out

Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid

...n if we do lot of extra work. Worst appraisal policy. Lots of internal politics. Don't get trapped in their salary structure, what they present in CTC and what we get in real is far more different

Work culture is good, good people around and very good infrastructure, office buildings and good exposure to technilogies, job security

...ikes, as the management says company is not doing good in every years appraisal. Pay is less
