Salary Growth is vey poor. The organization hires less skilled professionals in higher payscale but hesitate to increase the salary of an existing skillful employee who is loyally serving the organzation since years. This the sad truth.

Job security and people are on bench for more than a year is also relaxed. Offices present in multiple city and campuses are also good

Dislikes

Work life balance, Salary and promotion are very bad here. Number of leaves are also very less here 20 per year

1. Hikes/ Promotions are very poor 2. Salary is below average compared to other organisations with similar experience and skills

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys
