JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary.

Management is worst. If they are not able to utilise day time of 9 hrs, then what kind of management and culture they are doing. Not sure. There is always urgency of tasks, they don't even bother about your health. They want to be available on weekends, holidays, leaves. Like 24x7 support they need. Worst company ever had.

I got many right opportunities to work on varied and new areas like salesforce, big data and ml. But its not true for majority of the workforce. Mostly you do not get a choice and the pressure to reskill and score a high Digital Quotient is high. Every quarter there is a new set of reskill topics that you need clear to meet that met-expectation appraisal rating. So you need to be on toes mostly. There are always two streams you need to cover - client commitments and infy commitments.

The compensation is awful if you stay for long in same org. There are always years where there will be 0 hike so that effectively ruins your ctc.

...w salary, management are divided on statewise if your mangager belongs to state which you belong them your salary hike,promotion is fixed but if not then you have zero value to your knowledge n hard work,biased management, if you want to survive like me for 5 yrs then do donkey work,ignore all bullshits happens in management level,do your work get salary n go home

Nothing to be liked about an organisation which is least bothered about their employees welfare.

...st of all someone from outside have to fund the employees to lead our lives 7. Promising onshore and they pay less than what a graduate gets 8. No promotion / hike if an employee works like donkey but just because they are at offshore 9. If you are promoted as manager, they randomly assign employees on bench and if you don’t find them a project, your performance bonus is deducted to pay them salary This box isn’t sufficient to fill in the dramas that is going on at Infosys
