There is nothing to like in this company. Instead of giving salary hike they waste the money on destroying and re building the Buildings. They have lots of rules for male employees. Need to ware shoes. And I mean proper shoes. Even in rainy days they don't give you entry if you don't ware shoes. They don't trust employees there are check points every 500 meters. Also you need to walk at least 1 km from parking to the office.

Dislikes

Worst work culture ever. You don't not have any thing in your control. They can fire you any time without giving any notice period. No promotion. Lot of office politics. No one takes responsibility of any thing. Managers don't even pick your call.

1. Good Learning platform and improving skills 2. Good Work Life Balance 3. Some Recreational/ Co-curricular activities

Dislikes

1. Hikes/ Promotions are very poor 2. Salary is below average compared to other organisations with similar experience and skills

nothing good to talk about Infosys apart from its infrastructure

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

...se people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

The job security and the variety of projects are open only if you know how to get those by reaching out proper people and at appropriate time.

Career growth and compensation are really poor from last few years.
