* Yearly appraisal is very poor as compared to Market standards. * You get only 50-60% of the variable pay. Which is below average. * You need to spend 3 years to be eligible for IJP.

Job security is one of best things about infosys, as they have many projects so even if one process is closed they shift people to other projects as per requirement.

...ey will not allow you to do in their working time. you have to take time for it. Compensation and benefited is very less for tenure employees

I liked the campus only and all extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisal is poorly rated and management doesn't even care about it. Career development is next to negligible. Lot of policies where you are bounded not to work freely. No value for performance it's mostly driven by favouritism. Working hours 9.15 which is strictly driven ,no flexibility. No work from home options. Paid leaves are very less below 20 per year.
