Pay was decent for the work I did. Nothing much to add.

Dislikes

Mostly boring support projects. Negligible learning. If project ends thrown out after 2 months bench period. Terrible HR. Bond for freshers of 3 lakhs for 3 years makes zero sense. No similar company has such bond in place.

After Joining 14 Days accommodations (Hotel Stay) Flight ticket (Travel) Goods expenses for relocation.

Dislikes

Less salary No job security - Disappointed with management (Simply they will hire and they will release without project allocation). No proper plans for new hires. HR Management and is worst (we will not get the response properly) Waste of time to accept the offer and waste of money .employees will get lose only.

Its a Trap They take freshers in with bonds and make them work for years with low salary. When i had to switch beacuse of health reasons, they didnt even return my orginal 10th and 12th class documents. They were demanding 2.2 lakhs for breaking bond.

It’s the salary package based upon clients deployment.

Dislikes

It’s the job security. And they don’t have much projects. They often change the rules and policy to benefit them self as company not to benefit employees.

Salary gets credited on 1st of every month

They say that there is an escalation and move you out from the services but they will never show or forward the escalation and neither HR will be interested to talk about this matter.
