There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

1. Good managers. 2. If you are not good in one project, HRs will try to use you in another project. 3. Health insurance by MediAssist with copay of 20%

1. No career growth 2. No salary hike 3. Under rating in Annual performance even if you are good performer. 4. Basic work hardware is not given. Example: You work in a project where basic requirement of work is 2 x 22 inches Monitors and Good quality headphones. These stuff is not given and you have to do all the work in small screen laptop causing eye strain and stress and use any of your own headphones while your US colleagues will enjoy the Monitors and headphones. Discrimination and no supply of basic work stuff. 5. No ideas taken to fill the gaps in process. 6. Optional offs are for name sake. Employee is supposed to work on Labor day (US and India) too. 7. My salary is Rs. 45000 a month ($529) and it hardly increases. 8. Security guards are paid around Rs. 20000 a month ($235) for 12 hours with one week off. 9. Referral system is bad. 8. Most of the projects have night shift and the shift changes very frequently disrupting work life balance. 9. Health insurance should be made 100% coverage. The MediAssist team will charge more than 20% Copay by giving reasons like this is not covered that is not covered etc and the copayment reaches to 30% or more.

1. Micromanagement 2. Poor work cluture, no work life balance 3. Treated badly at workplace 4. Today you work for one project. Tomorrow you work for some other project. No guarantee what are you working why are you working for. 5. Frequent technology switch instead of focusing on one skill set. This will ruin employee career and performance. 6. Please do not recruit employees without project confirmation. Do not play with them.

ICS being a consultant does its job in a very poor way. Very bad employee management, very poor employee requests handling. I am working for 5 years, appraisal has only been 3- 4% with 4.2 rating. They do not encourage learning, neither compensate for it. Worked in both Verizon and Nokia projects and my experience hasn't been positive at all, they meet your asking CTC when you are joining but from there you move like a slug.

Salary structure, Employee management, no perk availability, stingy night shift allowance, no notice before removing from a project, no appraisal more than 3% in last 3 years for any rating high or low, bad infrastructure, bizex is a shit tool they use to manage employees
