... the company employee side ,no growth and no appraisal system for promotion etc. For name sake can say that they will try to give salary on time but other benefits are not there like group insurance, no other welfare measures . One man show company even though called MNC.

Compensation is poor and increment etc is not better. No basic structure of salary for same grade employees, it differes from one employee to another depends upon caste and community etc.

Likes

Team Mates are Good and Higher Authorities are not engaged properly. No Benefits for employees. No Appraisal. Based on assumptions they put increment and that also very less compare too market.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
