Company status has to be viewed in different angles. 1.Regarding monetory angle it is poor . 2.Reg growth /prospects in the company angle also poor. 3.Reg technology use like computer etc., Still using the old tally system. No change in the new usage of technology. Overall in brief, from the company employee side ,no growth and no appraisal system for promotion etc. For name sake can say that they will try to give salary on time but other benefits are not there like group insurance, no other welfare measures . One man show company even though called MNC....Read More

Compensation is poor and increment etc is not better. No basic structure of salary for same grade employees, it differes from one employee to another depends upon caste and community etc.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
