Company status has to be viewed in different angles. 1.Regarding monetory angle it is poor . 2.Reg growth /prospects in the company angle also poor. 3.Reg technology use like computer etc., Still using the old tally system. No change in the new usage of technology. Overall in brief, from the company employee side ,no growth and no appraisal system for promotion etc. For name sake can say that they will try to give salary on time but other benefits are not there like group insurance, no other welfare measures . Compensation is poor and increment etc is not better. No basic structure of salary for same grade employees, it differes from one employee to another depends upon caste and community etc.
