I only love the salary thing and the colleagues.

Management here. My manager was sleeping with her manager to get the promotion and guess what she even got that. She was level 11 when she joined and now she is level 8 within 5 years. Why am I writing this because she was not a qualified manager due to which the team suffered. She did not have backup plan and was not able to handle the team efficiently. Moreover, she didn't let me switch the shift as I had suffered miscarriage and was prescribed by doctor to have proper sleep. This is about the female manager who is handling Bayer WHC.

Go as company employee than you'll get all the benefits 👍👍👍. If you go as a contract employee it is terrible and not get any respect from anyone and salary part you'll get less. It's ok go and learn the things future is to be good. All companies come to hire you.. because you are worked in Accenture 😁... This is the plus point for you.. Go and take risk... Variable pay is not good. Once the thinks get automated they remove extra FT's. If the person is looking internal project need to move to the same level I have seen lot of my colleagues felt stressed because of this again they have start from zero because in new deals they cannot give instant promotion have to wait for promotion even after completing all the eligibility parameters.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
