The management is very good, they provide accommodation like foods, rooms, cab facility etc Work is also helped to gain the knowledge about quality, not only about quality 5s, checklists, kaizen etc

Salary I felt it should be more and by the time experience gets they will increase....

...an 4 month but before increment delay date you will not be provided any arrears. More cut in CTC compared to in-hand salary. As per company policy no should stay after completing their shifts but not fallowed effectively.

Management is not at all worried about employees , no salary growth. , Life is engineers is wasted here. Engineers don't think of joining if u want to get settled in life . No employee activities. No functions. No work life balance. Engineer working here for 6 years and salary still in 20s. Hope u got an idea

Job security is always, cab facility is available without any charges, Canteen is available at Rs 200 / month.

Dislikes

Company never compromise for giving high salary, always recruits less experienced. From last 1.5 years they are recruiting contract engineers and labour to avoid giving permanent job.
