Work life balance, suitable for Diploma and below qualifications.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No promotion, your ideas are not encouraged and not respect. Knowledge is under respect, Managers not at all know your KPI and you have to take all responsibilities without saying no. No skill development, policies are only for the sake of document not to follow. Toxic environment. No professional growth. Engineers and above don't join here.
