Indo alusys Ind ltd is a leading company In aluminum sector. It's growing overall all efficency day by day. To improving it's efficency more better company is doing different different changes. And these changes are more effictive for company growth. It's directly effect on productivity. Because due to this reason it's production rate is also increase. Which directly gives the profit effect on company and then company gives the profit for employees.

Dislikes

Here is one of the major effect of working environment. Aluminum is heat treatment process. So here is so much heating at ground floor. And also one of the major effect is casting. Drinking water is not so good.

This is good for learning and if u want you can achieve any target. This is company is treat like as a family member. And I never forget the support of Mr. Rakesh Ranjan sir(Sr. HR).
