Here is one of the major effect of working environment. Aluminum is heat treatment process. So here is so much heating at ground floor. And also one of the major effect is casting. Drinking water is not so good.

I am assistant engginer in production Department. My work is related to handle the Manpower, to maintain the 5,s, to maintain the lo logbook, prepare the material according to the quantity and according to the dimensionally.
