Everything is bad experience, salary, hime, promotion Even 0 experience people also can join here as team leads if they are friends or having relationship with management people, so if you need to work here you have some bucket mind and need to maintain good sense of humer when you are with management people. So It was my mistake not maintained good rapo with management team and I always hard working person in the office, so no recognition no hikes nothing. Especially kerala people are nicely cold blooded killing people in this company...but now that person is not in the same company as I know ..but still be aware of all these things when you join in Bnglr.

No proper salary hike and appraisal Poor salary Compared with industrial standard If we ask for salary hike - no proper response from HR and leadership team they will simple give the reason that’s not acceptable

Worst company to work for. Upper management doesn’t understand the technology well. Appreciation goes to managers only. No recognition for developers who are actually working. If you are on project u are safe, they don’t retain anyone on bench.

Everything. So salary discussion, they make employees work on holidays. Too much discrimination.

I have joined 6 months back and for me everything seems going good. Place, environment, management all seems to be fit.

Nothing as of now for me. But for New joiner the pay seems to be bit low compare of other industries.

In Indium it has flexible working time and the work culture is good. for fresher its a good platform to kick start your career you will learn a lot and you can able to gain more knowledge.

Dislikes

As a fresher you can't expect high salary package and appraisal.
