Everything is bad experience, salary, hime, promotion Even 0 experience people also can join here as team leads if they are friends or having relationship with management people, so if you need to work here you have some bucket mind and need to maintain good sense of humer when you are with management people. So It was my mistake not maintained good rapo with management team and I always hard working person in the office, so no recognition no hikes nothing. Especially kerala people are nicely cold blooded killing people in this company...but now that person is not in the same company as I know ..but still be aware of all these things when you join in Bnglr.

...t that other companies pay at least 2 to 3 times more than this organisation. 3. Very very low pay for freshers and those who haven't switched their jobs time to time. Many employees here are earning less than a daily wage worker just in the name of corporate job.

salary, appraisal, management, too much bossiness unbalanced NIGHT shifts work culture, company strategies & operations, misleading & false publicity/ promotion, no scope learn and grow

Salary is decentish (NSA is quite high compared to other companies) and the referral bonus is quite high (around 50k for software and senior management positions)

Everything is pro-client. Client requirements>your requirements/work-life balance.

- There is no to little micro management - On Time Salary - Recognition for the work - Work Freedom - Work life balance ( except during release months)

Dislikes

- Manager is good in my project and other it is quite difficult - If you are working hard then everything falls on your shoulders - QA is easy to blame for everything ( Happens for every QA)
