... dominative they does not have a basic idea about how to talk with employees. 4. This Company is very loss making therefore they cannot give timely raise and bonus to employees and expect HR employee to recruit new employees at salary less than the market rate. 5. The leave policy also worst for Six month of Probation period there is no leave. 6. The Initial Salary Offering is very Less. 7. Apart from this there are also other employees form their parent company who tries to disturb your daily activities.

An arrogant and dictator like CEO A dishonest guy who lacs spine is the CFO The chairman who knows that he cat run the show without this CEO as he doesnt understand the vusiness himself And the childish MD who is the chairmans son who is only happy growing his inner circle members by employees who sings his greatness

None. Except that the ptomoters are cash rich. No business know how to.promoters. all decisions taken by a CEO who turns rge tables as per his benefits.

No human consuderation. Can ruin the future of any good employee by cancelling his or her emoloyment before joining aftergiving offer letter and his acceptence and reaignation from.currwnt xompany without any reasons. No business know how to promoters. CFO or.ombudsman of the companyhimself involved in unethical practices hands in glove with the CEO MDs decisions doesnt matter as CEO considers him to be an extra weught on the company. So you.know whats ur future in such a company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
