1. Lack of Coordination from Team Members and Top Management. 2. Top Management does not takes into consideration the valuable insights given by employees. 3. CEO and Top Management of company is very dominative they does not have a basic idea about how to talk with employees. 4. This Company is very loss making therefore they cannot give timely raise and bonus to employees and expect HR employee to recruit new employees at salary less than the market rate. 5. The leave policy also worst for Six month of Probation period there is no leave. 6. The Initial Salary Offering is very Less. 7.
