... dominative they does not have a basic idea about how to talk with employees. 4. This Company is very loss making therefore they cannot give timely raise and bonus to employees and expect HR employee to recruit new employees at salary less than the market rate. 5. The leave policy also worst for Six month of Probation period there is no leave. 6. The Initial Salary Offering is very Less. 7. Apart from this there are also other employees form their parent company who tries to disturb your daily activities.

Can ruin the future of any good employee by cancelling his or her emoloyment before joining aftergiving offer letter and his acceptence and reaignation from.currwnt xompany without any reasons. No business know how to promoters. CFO or.ombudsman of the companyhimself involved in unethical practices hands in glove with the CEO MDs decisions doesnt matter as CEO considers him to be an extra weught on the company. So you.know whats ur future in such a company
