Despite delivering strong performance as the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, I did not receive the promised salary revision. Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of certain contractual matters, which added to my dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support from higher management further hindered my ability to thrive within the organization. I also observed instances where client commitments were not adequately upheld, which I personally worked to address. While I take pride in the achievements during my tenure, I believe the organization would benefit from addressing its internal processes and fostering a more supportive and professional work environment.

Work Culture is Panthic , Very High Pressure Job, Doesn't Matter How long you Stay it is Going to be same high pressure Job for you.

Job is secure only when you are performing .. Proper training is given to new joiners .

Lots of politics and management does not address the issues of the employees. Salary is decent but growth is slow . No work life balance . High pressure . Lot has changed in past 3 years and now I feel it's not a employee friendly organization .

You are paid on time. If you are delivering the Sale you will be treated like a king.

No work-life balance, no botheration for NPS of external or internal Customers. Money only matters and till the time you are able to generate it, you will be respected. All upper management treats individuals, not as an employee but you will be treated like robots who should not get tired. If you love challenges please go for it...

Incentives were good at my times but now that also reduced . Salary and incentives come on time 😃. Market acceptance and dominance is there when it comes dealing with customers.

Work culture is pathetic when it comes to professionalism. You cannot take leaves for your 1-2 days irrespective of how much important work you have. You cannot focus on your family and your personal development while working. Work pressure is huge and huge and targets are something which you will never achieve in your life.
