- Bro, If want to mark present for the, have to do individual 30 min actual talk time, after doing all Manager KPI, which terribly impossible. If you dare to take this join happily. - Full Favouritism at all level till VP & National Head. - Surprisingly PIP and saperation designed over difficult task, which impossible to meet. - If you fall down, you will be screwed by hell. - If you speak about leakages and suggest that, this wrong..boss u will be targeted.

Additionally, I faced delays in the resolution of certain contractual matters, which added to my dissatisfaction. The lack of transparency and inconsistent support from higher management further hindered my ability to thrive within the organization. I also observed instances where client commitments were not adequately upheld, which I personally worked to address. While I take pride in the achievements during my tenure, I believe the organization would benefit from addressing its internal processes and fostering a more supportive and professional work environment.

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity.
