For freshers, IM is a good platform. The salaries are paid on time. Even during the lockdown the salaries were paid. Though the amount was less but still paid. Was 5 days working before lockdown.

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days
