Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years

Unfortunately, these circumstances adversely impacted my professional growth. Despite being the highest-performing branch in Kolkata, my salary was not revised as promised. Additionally, I was subjected to threats regarding the non-payment of my dues. This, coupled with the organization's lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct from certain managers (some with questionable backgrounds), created a toxic work environment.
The company culture does not align with employee well-being or ethical standards. I observed frequent instances of false commitments being made to clients, which I personally took upon myself to rectify. Despite my dedication and contributions, the systemic issues and lack of support from higher management hindered my ability to thrive within the organization
While I am proud of the milestones achieved during my tenure, the challenges I faced have made it clear that the organization must address its internal processes and culture to foster a healthier and more professional work environment.

Indiamart is the most amazing company to work.
Timing is also perfect 9 to 6 and the culture is also very good.
Mon to Fri you have to work which is the best part of job.
They are providing weekly salary structure which is not so good you will not be able to save for future.
Pressure is also the main reason for me to leave actually there KRA is too much to follow at the end something is left after doing too much work.
Good for initial 1,2 year of carrers you can learn on your own, no seniors present in most teams.
Dislikes
...and Infosys on how people are benched there and we are lucky to have to do work.
If only they can look and benchmark the pay they provide.
Company is highly profitable over 500 cr, still senior managers, hod act live developer and pm are partying and not doing anything useless, only if they could know their business is reached it's peak after covid, no one to blame.
Over pressure for work. They will provide you daily basis targets and you have to fullfill all the targets else next morning your manager will shout on you in the morning hurdles. (Daily Targets eg- Effective calls, video meetings, pre renewal, Renewal calls, Renewal meetings, physical renewal meetings for the sales team and Tickets) Apart from this all you need to maintain your CMR, CMR+1, +2 and +3 as well.
